Description

This is a regional posting supporting multiple dealerships across the Anchorage and Matsu Area as hiring needs arise.

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process, ensuring deals are structured efficiently, compliantly, and profitably.

This role works closely with the sales team and customers to deliver a seamless experience while maximizing revenue and maintaining strict compliance standards. Top performers consistently drive strong PVR and product penetration in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive F&I Performance: Structure deals, present financing and protection products, and maximize profitability per transaction while maintaining a strong customer experience.
  • Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Maintain 100% compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations. Ensure all deal documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Deliver a Premium Customer Experience: customers through financing options with clarity and professionalism. Build trust while delivering a smooth and transparent process.
  • Manage Deal Flow and Funding: Coordinate with sales and lenders to ensure timely funding, clean paperwork, and efficient deal processing.
  • Maximize Product Penetration: Present and sell F&I products effectively while maintaining integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and Maintain Lender Relationships: Work with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing options and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators including PVR, product penetration, and funding timelines. Adjust approach to improve results.
  • Stay Current on Industry Standards: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, lender programs, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

  • Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration performance

  • Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with CRM and dealership management systems
