Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or related field preferred. A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 7 years' progressive experience in a related field required
- A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field preferred
- 7-10 years of experience managing FS&A or enterprise projects and programs, including AI and automation initiatives
- People management, strategic planning, and change management experience preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective verbal and written communication for both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Excellent problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Experience with Agile Project Management Methodologies required
- SharePoint experience preferred
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $111,600 - $139,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

A Brief Overview:As a Lead Project Manager in the FS&A organization, you will be responsible for leading complex FS&A programs and projects across multiple business units including IT, Sales Ops, HR, OMP, PMO, and Global Business Solutions, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies as best fit. The FS&A Lead Project Manager shall manage all activities associated with program and AI initiative objectives from ideation through completion, including project timelines, budget, risk and issue mitigation, communications, and adoption. This role plays a critical part in advancing FS&A's AI and automation agenda by leading project-level delivery of AI-enabled finance process improvements and intelligent workflow solutions.
Responsibilities:- The Lead Project Manager will manage and direct teams following project management methodologies, including but not limited to SAFe, Agile, and traditional Waterfall.
- Lead Projects or Programs adhering to the established WWT project methodologies, standards, tools, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on the Program requirements, schedule, and budget.
- Ability to implement Program metrics and use those metrics to help the team(s) identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and communicate scope, change management, risks, and timeline of projects within the Program to all stakeholder groups.
- Workstream and project team communication, and cross-Agile Release Train (ART), coordination with Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Collaborate and Coordinate with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Program Managers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate work across multiple Product Teams where priorities may conflict and dependencies exist.
- Proven understanding of iterative development processes with the ability to influence translating those processes into action on a Project Team.
- Manage complex stakeholder groups and demanding customer expectations while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Manage and meet regularly with WWT Leadership Team, Steering Committees, Project Managers, and Workstream members to discuss project status, activities, and risks.
- Program-level leadership, guidance, and coaching
- Lead the planning, scoping, and delivery of AI and automation initiatives within FS&A, including AI agent deployments, RPA implementations, and intelligent workflow projects from ideation through adoption.
- Partner with AI and technology teams to translate FS&A business requirements into structured AI project plans with defined milestones, acceptance criteria, and change management approaches.
- Drive organizational change management for the rollout of AI tools and automation solutions across the Finance organization, including stakeholder engagement, readiness assessment, communication planning, training coordination, and sustained adoption support.
