What You'll Do:- Present and sell finance, insurance, and protection products to every customer
- Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong lender relationships and ensure fast approvals
- Ensure compliance with federal, provincial and dealership regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to improve deal flow and F&I penetration
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain strong CSI scores
What We're Looking For:- 2+ years of F&I experience in an automotive, RV, or powersports dealership -
- Strong knowledge of financing processes, lender guidelines, and DMS software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Proven track record of exceeding F&I performance benchmarks
- Integrity, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset
