Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company. About the Role We are seeking a technology leader to serve as Director, Financial ERP Systems. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining, executing, and continuously evolving the enterprise financial ERP strategy across multiple regions and business units. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our ERP platform Operating at the intersection of technology and business, you will partner with regional leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive financial transformation, compliance excellence, and operational efficiency through ERP modernization. You will build and lead a high-performing global team, manage complex multi-country rollout programs, and ensure that our ERP ecosystem serves as a scalable foundation for sustained growth. Key Responsibilities ERP Strategy & Roadmap - Define and execute a multi-year ERP strategy and technology roadmap aligned with corporate finance strategy and business objectives. - Evaluate emerging technologies-including AI/ML and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)-to drive financial process automation and operational efficiency. - Conduct periodic assessments of the ERP landscape to identify optimization opportunities, technical debt reduction, and platform consolidation. Global Implementation & Rollout - Lead end-to-end financial ERP implementation and multi-country rollout programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk across all workstreams. - Ensure adherence to template-first, clean-core design principles to maximize standardization and minimize customization. - Coordinate simultaneous go-lives across regions, aligning with regulatory requirements and business calendars. - Establish and manage integrated program plans with clear milestones, decision gates, and escalation protocols. Governance & Compliance - Establish and chair governance forums including Steering Committees (SteerCo) and Design Review Boards. - Ensure compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements across all operating regions. - Manage audit readiness, internal controls, and risk mitigation strategies for ERP-related processes. - Oversee user access management, segregation of duties (SoD), and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) frameworks. Vendor & System Integrator Management - Manage strategic relationships with ERP platform vendors (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and system integrators. - Lead contract negotiations, SLA definition, and ongoing vendor performance reviews. - Evaluate, select, and onboard third-party solutions and managed service providers. - Ensure deliverables from external partners meet scope, timeline, and quality standards. Team Leadership & Development - Build and lead a high-performing global financial ERP team across multiple regions and time zones. - Mentor and develop talent through structured career development programs, performance management, and succession planning. - Drive organizational design aligned with a product-centric operating model supporting agile delivery. - Manage the optimal balance of onshore, offshore, and contractor resources. Change Management & Adoption - Champion business-led change management and user adoption strategies across all impacted regions and functions. - Design, deliver, and continuously refine comprehensive training programs and knowledge transfer initiatives. - Manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment, transparency, and executive sponsorship. - Drive post-go-live continuous improvement, benefit realization tracking, and user satisfaction measurement.

Qualification

Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of progressive experience in financial ERP systems, including 5+ years in leadership roles with direct team management responsibilities. - Proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-country ERP implementations on SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion platforms. - Deep expertise in core ERP modules such as FI/CO, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Revenue Recognition, or equivalent Oracle Financials modules. - Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global organization with onshore/offshore delivery models. Preferred Qualification(s) - MBA or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - Background in technology, internet, or high-growth global companies operating across diverse regulatory environments. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of presenting to and influencing executives. - Strong knowledge of ERP governance frameworks, GDPR, and audit requirements.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $270400 - $462000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
