Responsibilities- Lead the dealership's finance operations, including loan processing, credit analysis, and contract negotiations, ensuring adherence to TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing transparent financial options, upselling additional products, and delivering outstanding service throughout the sales process.
- Manage and develop the finance team to achieve sales targets, improve skills in negotiation, and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling vehicle protection plans, extended warranties, and other financial products.
- Oversee title processing, deal structuring, and compliance with all legal requirements related to auto financing.
- Utilize financial software efficiently for loan approval workflows, credit checks, and documentation management.
- Conduct credit analysis to determine customer eligibility while maintaining a focus on responsible lending practices.
Job Responsibilities- Lead the dealership's customer loan origination and approval process, maintaining strong relationships with both prime and subprime lenders.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all federal, state, and dealership documentation.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Finance Managers, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Drive performance by setting and achieving monthly income forecasts, product penetration goals, and CSI benchmarks.
- Present and sell value-added products such as service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection plans.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an F&I Producer; prior Director-level experience is highly preferred.
