What You Will Do

- JOB SUMMARY

Finance Business Partner for Sales acts as a strategic finance partner to the commercial organization, translating financial/operational data into actionable insights that drive sales performance, profitability, decision-making. Role shapes business outcomes by delivering executive-ready reporting, leading incentive, profitability analytics (e.g., SIP, Customer Profit), continuously enhancing reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, commercial transparency. By identifying trends, challenging performance, embedding best practices, the position enables data-driven decision-making, supports sustained commercial excellence.

- WHAT YOU WILL DO

Principal Accountabilities - Prepare operational, executive-level reports/presentations for sales management including performance dialogue, business area updates, team performance (e.g. sales/finance KPIs, defining trends, providing analysis/reporting) Serve as subject matter expert for sales analytics platforms, performance management dashboards (SIP, Customer Profit, Initiative Tracking) to help drive commercial excellence in monitoring business, financial, sales performance. Lead data modelling, trend analysis, forecasting tools while helping to drive data integrity, automation, scalability. Standardize reporting processes, definitions, provide insight generation (trends, risk/opps). Synthesize current data; examines, identifies data patterns/trends to respond to business questions, empower data driven decisions.

Critical Decisions - Partners with key stake holders in connecting to data sources, importing data, transforming data for Business Intelligence. Works with Intelligent Business Hub to develop visual reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards using Power BI, proactively communicates actionable insights to improve corporate decision-making.

Process Improvement - Streamlines and standardizes reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and usability. Communication & Storytelling - Synthesizes complex information into concise, executive-ready narratives that clarify performance and required actions. Agility - Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and delivers high-quality output in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

- REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting or related field with 6+ years related work experience.
  • Qualified accountant (CPA), MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience in business partnering
  • Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organisation. Preferably in the FMCG/Tobacco industry.

Annual Base Salary Range: $90227.00 - $120302.00

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
