JOB DESCRIPTION

You will partner with senior leaders to deliver impactful analysis, improve transparency, and support key initiatives. This is a high-visibility role where your ability to translate complex information into clear narratives will directly influence outcomes.


As a Vice President, Finance and Business Manager, in the Chief Administrative Office Finance and Business Management team, you partner across functions to deliver executive-ready reporting, strategic presentations, and analysis. You translate complex financial and operational data into clear insights and performance narratives for senior leadership. You support forecasting, projections modeling, and value-add analysis to guide decision-making and improve efficiency across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver executive-ready reporting and presentations, translating complex financial and operational data into clear narratives and visual insights
  • Lead performance reporting and key metric development, including dashboards and visual representations for senior leadership
  • Own forecasting and projections modeling, including support for budgets, variance analysis, and trend identification
  • Synthesize inputs across stakeholders to develop cohesive storylines for strategy discussions, leadership updates, and town halls
  • Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, adapting to evolving priorities and business needs
  • Assess processes, organize information into structured frameworks, and support business cases with analytical insights
