Full Job Description
Due to a growing demand for our consultancy services, we are looking for a motivated, ambitious and dynamic individual to join our growing consultancy team as a Finance Business Analyst. You will work in our Advisory Cost Centers, working across all sectors that Turner & Townsend service namely Real Estate, Infrastructure and Natural Resources. You will have the opportunity to develop your abilities across various platforms and technologies. Responsibilities: • Manage month end revenue analysis • Prepare, iterate and present annual budget and monthly forecasts • Maintain standardized financial and operational KPI reporting • Review the accuracy of information provided and respond to requests from management and vendors • Provide clear variance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and drivers of performance. • Use existing procedures to solve standard problems • Assist operations team with all D365 functions such as project setup and invoicing • Keeps updated on relevant D365 product developments • Identifying and documenting the suitability of various data sources to be used for reporting purposes • Utilizing analytics and visualization tools to deliver an interactive report experience to the end user • Establishing usage tracking systems used to inform further report development • Support on ad hoc information and analysis requests Qualifications Skills and Experience • Relevant professional experience having worked in the consultancy industry, being able to analyse information and standard practices to make judgments • At least 1-3 years of experience with finance, data analysis and visualization • Experience in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel • Experience in project co-ordination that could include setting up meetings, taking meeting notes, writing/managing meeting agendas, action item follow up and communicating with stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly proficient with modern workplace environments and tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace • Ability to work in fast-paced multidisciplinary teams • Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a large organization Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent) - required • Professional qualification with a professional institution or recognized body - desirable Additional Information *On-site presence and requirements may change depending on our client's needs
