Responsibilities- Lead and mentor finance managers across to ensure consistent performance and process execution
- Drive profitability through disciplined deal structure, effective product presentation, and lender optimization
- Oversee F&I compliance, remittance, and performance reporting
- Build a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and ethical selling
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Service, and Accounting to streamline deal flow
- Stay ahead of trends in lender programs, compliance, and F&I product evolution
Qualifications- Prior automotive F&I Director experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements- The physical requirements of the position are LIGHT to MEDIUM in intensity.
- Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.

- Frequent - Repetitive motion.

Physical Working Conditions- This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operation an auto dealership.
