Managing Director - Finance & Accounting Advisory

Managing Directors serve as key leaders in our organization, working closely with C-level executives at Fortune 500, mid-cap, and start-up companies. As a Managing Director, you will take ownership of client relationships, drive engagement success, and play a pivotal role in the firm's business development and growth strategies.

• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing expertise in technical accounting, transaction support, and regulatory reporting.

What you might expect:
Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple accounting areas, advising clients on complex financial transactions, including IPOs, M&A, divestitures, and capital markets activities.
Engagement Ownership: Lead and oversee all aspects of client engagements, from scoping to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Regulatory & Financial Reporting Expertise: Guide clients in preparing financial statements and regulatory filings (e.g., 10-Ks, 10-Qs, S-1s, and S-4s) in compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements.
Firm Growth & Business Development: Drive business development initiatives by identifying new client opportunities, maintaining strong industry relationships, and actively participating in firm-wide growth strategies.
Operational & Technical Excellence: Develop and enhance the firm's training programs, providing guidance on new accounting standards and best practices.

Education & Experience:
