Your Contribution

As a Specialist Fieldglass - Contractor Management, you will lead the optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Newmont's contractor management technology ecosystem. You will play a critical role in ensuring SAP Fieldglass and related integrations operate efficiently, securely, and effectively, enabling a seamless contractor lifecycle while supporting business objectives across Supply Chain, Asset Management, Human Resources, and Finance.

As part of our team, you will

  • Support, maintain, and optimize SAP Fieldglass contractor management solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve Fieldglass, middleware, and integration-related incidents, providing root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
  • Configure workflows, templates, and business processes within SAP Fieldglass.
  • Design and support integrations between SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA for contractor and procurement processes.
  • Manage integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP LMS, Avetta, asset management systems, site access solutions, and travel management platforms.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities to enhance contractor management processes.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, IT leadership, and business stakeholders to drive strategic improvements and operational excellence.
  • Lead or support Fieldglass-related projects, ensuring successful delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams while supporting end users across Fieldglass, SAP S/4HANA, and Ariba platforms.
  • Ensure system compliance with governance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.


Prerequisites for your success in this role

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Fieldglass solutions.
  • Experience with Services Procurement, Worker Profile Management, and Contingent Workforce modules.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration points and supply chain business processes.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise systems and SaaS integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience leading projects using Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
  • Experience in mining, construction, oil & gas, utilities, or other heavy industries preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.


Working Conditions

  • This role operates within the Information Technology organization and partners closely with Supply Chain, Asset Management, Human Resources, Finance, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics teams, and external technology partners. The position supports global contractor management processes and the technologies that enable safe, compliant, and efficient workforce management across Newmont's operations.
  • The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.
  • The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.


The salary range offered for this role is USD $103,300- 141,600. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about salary history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.

This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
