Salary: $85,000
Location: Remote
Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel to distributor locations, customer sites, trade events, and training facilities throughout North America.
What You'll Do: As a key member of our Technical Services team, you'll serve as both a technical problem solver and educator.
You'll:
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot SCADA, telemetry, and remote monitoring systems.
- Help customers solve communications, networking, hardware, and software challenges.
- Travel throughout North America supporting customers and distributor partners.
- Deliver engaging technical training programs in classroom, virtual, and hands-on environments.
- Mentor distributor technicians and help build their technical confidence.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Development, and Sales teams to improve customer outcomes.
- Serve as a technical ambassador for High Tide Technologies in the field.
What We're Looking For: - Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Computer Networking, Engineering Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, field service, industrial automation, controls, SCADA, telemetry, or related industries.
- Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, communications, networking, or software systems.
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Confidence presenting to groups and leading training sessions.
- A willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout North America.
- A valid driver's license.
