Full Job Description

As a Field Specialist – WBC, you will be responsible for running low‑ to medium‑risk applications across Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hanger product lines. You will ensure job readiness, equipment compatibility, and high‑quality service delivery while supporting customers at the wellsite.


As a Field Specialist – WBC, you will be responsible for:

• Running multiple low‑ to medium‑risk applications in one or more product lines within Wellbore Construction, Completions, and Liner Hangers

• Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for the job

• Providing front‑line customer support and completing all job‑related paperwork accurately

• Using experience and application knowledge to ensure products and services meet the highest quality standards

• Conducting on‑the‑job training for selected Wellbore Construction/Completions applications

• Supporting workshop activities as required

• Handling special projects as assigned

• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values
