Field Services ArchitectPosition SummaryThe Field Services Architect serves as the technical authority for MCPC's field services and onsite delivery solutions. This role is responsible for designing scalable, repeatable, and operationally sound field service models aligned to client requirements and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the technical authority and solution architect for field services and onsite delivery models
- Define, maintain, and evolve standard field service architectures and best practices
- Design field service solutions aligned to client needs and delivery requirements
- Partner with Solutions Architects during intake, scoping, and planning
- Provide technical input for SOWs, proposals, and estimates
- Support pre-sales discussions as a subject matter expert
- Guide FlexTech and onsite delivery models for scalability and quality
- Act as escalation point for complex delivery challenges
- Collaborate with Resource Managers to align skills and roles
- Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and security requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement of tools, processes, and frameworks
- Document architectural standards and playbooks
- Partner with leadership to align architecture with strategy
- Local and National Travel 25%
- Site Surveys / Kick offs for Projects /Deployments
- Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT services or field services
- Experience in solution design and delivery models
- Strong understanding of field operations and logistics
- Experience supporting SOW development and pre-sales
- Ability to design scalable service delivery solutions
