- Primary project locations include: Abilene, TX; Amarillo, TX; Wisconsin (project-based); Mesa, AZ

What You'll Do- Rework & Completion: Prepare and finalize units for field deployment, ensuring quality and readiness
- Start-Up & Commissioning: Perform electrical, mechanical, and controls verification (L2-L5)
- Field Service: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC and cooling systems on-site
- Customer Support: Represent the company in the field with strong communication and professionalism
- Documentation: Complete service reports, track issues, and support continuous improvement
What You Bring- 3-7+ years of experience in HVAC, field service, or industrial/mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
- Experience with commissioning/start-up is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently (50-80%)
- Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
