Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
• Proficient in tactical networks and troubleshooting
• Experience in field operator training
• Skilled in troubleshooting computer systems and networks
• Strong oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute under pressure
• Capable of working independently with tight deadlines
• Valid DoD Secret Clearance
• IAT Level II certification required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for IBCS systems, equipment, and software
• Act as the primary point of contact for the IBCS program
• Integrate and maintain systems using Red Hat Enterprise Linux and COTS/GOTS products
• Assist in the emplacement and initialization of the IBCS system
• Advise customers on IBCS capabilities and limitations
• Troubleshoot IBCS hardware, software, and networks
• Gather user feedback and report performance to program leadership
• Conduct operator and maintainer tasks on related equipment and software
• Provide training support
• Assist with the Program Help Desk and inventory checks.
