Your Role:- You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. Our varied product lines include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.
- Performs maintenance and repairs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
- Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
- Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
- Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions.
Qualifications- BS Degree in Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.)
- Strong logical troubleshooting skills
- 4+ years' experience with spectroscopy instrumentation such as ICP-MS, ICP-OES, MP-AES, and AA is required.
- Demonstrated ability and prior experience in performing hands on maintenance, installations and selected repairs on analytical instruments is desirable.
- Environmental, geological and metallurgical analysis application knowledge highly desirable.
- Strong customer relationship skills are needed.
- Must be available for up to 40% travel that may include over-night stays in remote location.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $43.12 - $67.37/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
