Summary:The primary responsibility of the Oncology Field Sales Representative will be to develop and manage a designated regional territory with the goal of maximizing and reaching sales forecasts. Expectations for the role include being a self-starter, team player and responsible for identifying, ranking, prospecting and developing key oncology practices. This also includes hospital based business relationships within the targeted regional territory
, with the targeted customers including oncology physicians, cancer care hospitals and clinics.

The OncologyField Sales Representative
will be mostly territory based with travel as required to:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals
- Identify key influencers and manage pipeline
- Achieve designated call expectations with a focus on top targets
- Deliver product presentations to customers
- Have exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
- Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic and hospital communities
- Self motivated and results driven

Required and Desired Skills:We are seeking local candidates who have current work experience and industry-related contacts.
- 5 to 10 years or more of Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales experience
- Oncology sales experience strongly desired.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Organizational and prioritizing skills
- Microsoft Office and CRM experience
