JOB TITLE: Field Revenue Growth Manager, Southeast (Diageo Beer and Pre-Mix)

Location: Miami, Florida

Reports to: Sales Director, Southeast (DBP)

Purpose of Role:
  • The Revenue Growth Manager role is the critical enabler for facilitating and delivering Diageo Beer Company's Revenue Management and Commercial Excellence agenda.
  • The Revenue Growth Manager will support the development and execution of DBC's suggested consumer and trade pricing strategies, via the AOP price planning process and routine performance management
  • Deliver data, analytics, and insights that arm our regional teams with this best information to differentiate themselves from our competition and provide enhanced value as a consultant to our wholesaler partners.
  • Leverage turn-key tools & processes to drive insights to action, leading to greater share & profit growth.
  • The RGM role will lead the organization of the Region's Local Incentives and Region's Team IBO's with M&E tracking throughout the year.
  • This role reports to the Regional Sales Director & works in partnership with the regional coverage model in place across our Finance & Activation Teams

Key Responsibilities:
  • This role will inject our Commercial Excellence priorities into the regular routine/route to market for our regional sales teams. Key areas being: RGM/Price execution, standardization of distributor performance reviews/conversations, diagnosing and reacting to Nielsen/BI indicators, and our focused execution metrics (i.e. Minimum Product Assortment, Display Execution, Distribution, Incentive tracking, and Ad Hoc Opportunity Locating)
  • This individual should be able to digest and help translate a sophisticated suite of tools and analytics that require training and engagement with end users to ensure our Commercial toolkit is used to its fullest capacity
  • FOB price adjustment and price promotions approvals; accountability for price/mix/margin delivery alongside Field Sales
  • Performance Tracking across a variety of brands, programs, distributors, and markets. Identify areas of opportunity and communicate these findings to key partners.
  • Direct & Indirect contact with key market/distributor personnel as needed.
  • This person should have a solid understanding of our distributor's objectives, landscape, and needs/requirements.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to leverage Insights & Best Practices for short/long term strategic planning.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required
  • MBA/post graduate education a plus but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics and/or Finance
  • Expert in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, & PowerBI
  • Experience working with and/or designing MS PowerBI data dashboards and data queries
  • Expertise with key reporting and planning tools such as VIP/iDig, Nielsen, Anaplan, or understanding of similar platforms
  • Ability to deliver key insights and influence senior internal and external partners through use of data & analytics
