You will be a great fit if you have experience similar to:
• Develop and maintain working relationship with area seed producers.
• Contract seed crops with area growers to meet company release quantity and quality.
• Assist the grower with crop management, protection and quality issues.
• Assist and support field production functions, genetic maintenance, shipping and receiving.
• Develop reports, maintain a field book; communicate with colleagues, Producers, PCAs, and State Ag Inspectors

What we expect of you

To be considered, you will need:
• BS Agriculture related degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in vegetable seed production
• Ability to read and write in English:
• Ability to operate a windows base computer system
• Ability to travel domestically (up to 10% of the time)

• Competitive salary
• This position's range is $74,000 - $93,000

Our total compensation and pay ranges reflect our market pay structures. As such, individual salaries or hourly rates are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: local geographical market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as job related skills, education, and experience.
