Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of crane operations and safe work procedures.
• Proven track record in team leadership and employee development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred qualification to operate cranes of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop field employees.
• Lead and support field teams through coaching and performance management.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and industry best practices.
• Assist in workforce planning and daily dispatching activities.
• Coordinate manpower and field resources to support project execution.
• Conduct job site visits to ensure operational support and safety compliance.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
