About the RoleThe Field Marketing Manager, Surgical will lead execution of strategic marketing initiatives to support product launches, drive revenue growth, and increase market share across the Eastern U.S. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver impactful field programs, enhance customer engagement, and support the Surgical portfolio (Laparoscopic, Orthopedic, Pediatric, Thoracic, and related specialties).
What You'll Do- Execute regional marketing strategies to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and brand awareness
- Plan and deliver marketing and educational programs for internal teams and customers
- Lead product and program launches; manage ongoing portfolio performance
- Partner with Sales to support field activities, training, and customer engagement
- Gather and analyze field and customer insights to inform strategy and forecasting
- Act as subject matter expert for surgical products and market dynamics
- Support automation of best practices and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
- Manage regional events, labs, and conferences; track outcomes and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Travel: 60-75%
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of medical device sales and/or field marketing experience
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Preferred- Operating room/clinical environment experience
- Medical device industry experience with complex product portfolios
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau
