Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager visits with mid-size and large agencies in the assigned territory and is responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships.

What will you do?
  • Visits agencies in person or virtually to build relationships, set goals, and provide guidance using performance data.
  • Serves as the main contact for agents by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating more complex concerns when needed.
  • Schedules and prepares for meetings by reviewing reports, tracking production and retention, and organizing materials for agency discussions.
  • Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Monitors market trends and competitor activity, shares insights internally, and works with underwriting to understand decisions.
  • Attends events and meetings to promote products, present updates, and strengthen relationships with agencies.
  • Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network.
  • Continues to develop marketing, communication, and industry knowledge through training and ongoing learning.


What are we looking for?
