About the role

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing account-level marketing strategies that drive engagement, accelerate pipeline and support revenue growth across targeted accounts within the Americas region. This role partners closely with sales and revenue teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives, ensuring coordinated, high-impact account engagement across the full customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Account-Level Marketing Strategy
  • Partner with sales to build and deliver marketing plans for key accounts
  • Contribute to regional digital strategy including demand generation channels, in close coordination with central marketing functions
  • Define persona-based engagement strategies and sequencing
  • Ensure effective coverage of buying committees within target accounts
  • Align marketing activities to key commercial priorities and milestones

Campaign Execution (Multi-Channel)
  • Full ownership and accountability of campaigns across digital, , events and executive programs
  • Launch campaigns at the right time to support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Coordinate content usage and messaging across channels
  • Execute campaigns on schedule to the correct audience to support pipeline generation and revenue targets

Opportunity & Deal Acceleration
  • Support active opportunities with tailored messaging and campaigns
  • Provide and tailor content such as case studies and customer proof points
  • Reinforce competitive positioning within strategic deals
  • Partner with sales to increase engagement from key stakeholders
  • Operate as the embedded marketing lead within commercial pods, partnering daily with AEs and SDRs to drive coordinated account engagement

Post-Sale & Expansion
  • Run campaigns to support onboarding and product adoption
  • Identify and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives within existing accounts
  • Support whitespace analysis and coverage strategies
  • Deliver campaigns to support renewals

Engagement Monitoring & Optimisation
  • Track and report on account-level engagement performance
  • Monitor stakeholders' engagement with the content and stakeholder coverage
  • Use data to improve targeting, messaging and campaign performance
  • Report impact and insights to key internal stakeholders
  • Champion AI-powered marketing workflows including Clay for data enrichment and prospecting, and generative AI tools for content and personalisation at scale
