Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our Family Treatment & Rehabilitation (FTR) program - a vital, community-based initiative funded by NYC Administration for Children's Services (ACS). This is an opportunity to lead a team making a direct impact on child safety, family stability, and long-term well-being. Your clinical expertise and leadership will help ensure families receive thoughtful, coordinated, and effective support.

What You'll DoClinical Facilitation & Supervision- Facilitate and/or participate in clinical meetings with staff, families, and/or ACS
- Facilitate family meetings, assess clinical needs, and make referral recommendations
- Direct supervision of staff; consultation to staff and colleagues as needed; development and delivery of trainings (mental health, substance use, and related topics)
Team & Program Management- Oversee referrals, assign cases, and ensure timely completion of clinical documentation
- Work closely with ACS, community providers, and internal teams to coordinate care
- Monitor key deliverables, charting requirements, and program quality indicators
Schedule & Requirements- Location: 334 E. 148th Street, Bronx NY 10451 (some travel may occur)
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm; occasional evenings/weekends; periodic on-call coverage
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
Who Thrives in This RoleWe're looking for a clinician who brings:
- A master's required, doctoral degree preferred (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling)
- Active NYS License required (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC; licensed or limited permit Psychologists)
- Experience working with families and/or child welfare systems
- Strong clinical assessment skills (mental health, substance use, family functioning)
- Excellent organizational and managerial abilities
- A collaborative, strengths-based mindset
