  • Coordinate fellowship recruitment and selection process
  • Engage in strategic planning for fellowship growth

Could you be our next Manager, Cardiology Fellowship at Lankenau Medical Center?

Position: Manager, Cardiology Fellowship
Shift: Day Shift

Experience:
1. Must have 5-10 years experience in Medical Education.
2. Previous management experience in same highly desirable.
3. Must be well versed in general operations of the organization, its mission and strategic plan.
4. Should have experience in Medical Staff and Residency affairs; Management experience in same highly desirable.
5. Willing to commit to lifelong learning. Must possess energy and ability to make independent judgments as required and as within limits of responsibility.

Education:
1. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
2. Master's Degree preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
(TAGME) Certification in Medical Staff Credential/Privileging may be required.
