Job SummaryRole Overview: The Field Implementation Manager will lead the adoption and compliance of product merchandising strategies. The successful candidate will assist in the planning and execution of new product launches for the West Division. Responsibilities include automating reports and dashboards, developing and maintaining key metrics and scorecards, and communicating recurring actions. The role involves training associates on leveraging provided data across the business. Creativity, analytical skills, and clear communication are essential to contribute to retail excellence in the field.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of product merchandising programs, progress reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with management and field personnel on an ongoing basis.
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Identify and report project issues and provide solutions.
- Own projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met on time and per expectations.
- Analyze and prioritize growth opportunities for responsible categories, suppliers, and customers.
- Coordinate and organize resources efficiently and effectively to accomplish larger strategies and goals.
- Track and present data for use in negotiations and presentations.
- Perform other special projects and duties as assigned.
- Consistently display strong integrity and ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of business experience, preferably in logistics or retail.
- Highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Maintain a positive and patient attitude.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Assertive, yet capable of building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Experienced with computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, email, and the internet.
- High degree of experience utilizing Excel.
- High attention to detail and exceptional work quality.
- PowerBI experience preferred.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Retail management and merchandising experience are a plus.
- Warehouse/purchasing experience is a plus.
- Estimated 40- 50% travel throughout the West Region.
