Full Job Description
Mission:
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage product anomalies coming from the field from detection to resolution.
  • Ensure robust quality processes and alignment with Stellantis standards across regions.
  • Support the deployment of solutions in the network via Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and service campaigns.
  • Contribute to the design/specification and implementation of the systems supporting detection
  • Standardize worldwide management of the technical service bulleting

Main Responsibilities:
  • Detect, analyze, and manage product anomalies, coordinating with engineering teams and suppliers for resolution.
  • Ensure quality processes are followed and continuously improved across all regions.
  • Support the creation and distribution of Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) and service campaigns to the repair network.
  • Collaborate with field teams and workshops to gather feedback and validate solutions.
  • Write clear and structured specifications for system development related to quality and technical support.
  • Analyze technical data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain a 360° view of the repair workshop environment to ensure practical and effective solutions.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of Stellantis products and technical documentation to support diagnostics and repair strategies.
  • Benchmark best practices from other OEMs to enhance internal processes and tools.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of product quality processes, anomaly detection, and issue resolution workflows
  • Familiarity with workshop operations, repair procedures, and technical documentation
  • Experience in managing TSBs, service campaigns, and network communication
  • Ability to write functional and technical specifications for system development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation
  • Capacity for synthesis and simplification of complex technical topics
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Bilingual
  • Experience with other OEMs is a strong plus
  • Experience working or collaborating with Stellantis
