Our Field Claims department seeks a manager to lead a team of field associates in Dallas, Texas. This role is responsible for coordinating claim activity in the territory while driving operational excellence, team performance and quality claim outcomes. Candidates must reside in Dallas, Texas. Starting pay: The pay range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
