Field Change Communications & Enablement AdministrationThis job owns end-to-end strategy and execution of field communications to TW&A wealth advisory teams. This role sets the vision/approach, determines the strategy, and oversees the development of collateral that communicates critical changes to field teams. Serving as the Center of Excellence for Wealth field communication, this job partners extensively with stakeholders across Wealth, including Distribution, Coaching, Practice Management, Marketing, Change Management, Advice & Planning, Operations and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities and Duties - Develops and executes a holistic field/client-facing change management and communication strategy, including tools, messaging, and channels (email, Viva Engage, Wealth Distribution Hub) tailored and "right-sized" to content and level of change across Wealth.
- Partners with Practice Management to develop role-based communications forums, best practice sharing and ongoing support.
- Manages the Distribution Change calendar, monthly Wealth Enablement updates, and key communication forums (e.g., Power of One monthly management call) for Field, Distribution, COO, and Executive Management audiences.
- Centralizes communications and collateral for Wealth Distribution teams, ensuring a coordinated communication timeline, methodology, and content for change-related notifications.
- Partners closely with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Change Management, Training, Wealth CAO and broader Wealth teams to align on communication strategy and execution, including design and implementation of Advisor support line and other key Field supporting projects.
- Creates and monitors success metrics by communication method and channel, using engagement data and field feedback to continuously refine execution strategy.
- Advises partners and provides sign-off on communication strategy and approaches, field-facing tool enhancements, and key projects, leveraging industry and TIAA-specific best practices.
- Fosters and maintains strategic relationships with Wealth leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive effective change and communication strategies to equip and enable frontline associates to effectively serve our clients.
- Signs off on Field facing communications tool enhancements and key projects driven by other teams (e.g., Marketing). Coordinates messaging with Training and Practice Management teams.
- Manages Wealth Enablement overall communication plan, manages key overall project inventory, overall team calendar and internal/key partner communications.
- Serves as point of contact for Field Social Media strategy, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Supervision on program requirements.
- Monitors competitors and peer organizations to stay abreast of emerging trends in the wealth/ financial services industry and uses this information to secure the competitive position of the organization.
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback, as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives, and to foster the engagement, motivation, and development of team.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred

Base Pay Range: $180,000/yr - $220,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
