Position Description:

The Program Analyst provides daily operational, technical, and programmatic support within the Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets (PGMR) Product Office. This role directly supports the Assistant Product Manager (APM) responsible for Extended Range Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (ER GMLRS) production, focusing on coordination, planning, production oversight, risk assessment, and development of critical decision products.

This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Provide day to day operational and programmatic support to the APM overseeing ER GMLRS production.
. Coordinate technical and programmatic activities across the STORM Project Office, Lockheed Martin, and external government/military organizations.
. Develop coordinated work products including:
- Decision and informational briefings
- Budget and program analyses
- Information papers addressing ER GMLRS production issues
. Plan execution and coordinate responses to internal/external taskers.
. Support production planning efforts and provide assessments/recommendations on production technical issues.
. Conduct and support ER GMLRS production risk assessments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance.
. Minimum of five (5) years hands on senior level experience in one or more functional areas within DoD/Service systems program management or integration offices.
. Education/Experience combinations:
- High School diploma with 29 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree with 29 years of relevant experience
- Master's degree with 23 years of relevant experience
- Doctorate degree with 21 years of relevant experience

Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
Federal government contracting experience and experience supporting DoW programs (preferably in munition production, engineering, or program management) is highly desirable.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $63,700.00 $156,700.00.
