The Role and Impact
We are looking for a Facilities Mechanical Exhaust Engineering role within the FFEO FORGE organization.
This role is expected to focus on Facilities operational health, driving business standardization, facilitate implementation of advanced automation efforts, compliance, sustainability and cost improvement and support ongoing project execution across multiple Front End and Back end sites (Design, WIF, FSUS, Cx, Safe State). Your work will directly impact Intel's manufacturing excellence by ensuring a safe, reliable, and energy-efficient environment for cutting-edge innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plans, implements, and maintains the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities and determines facility and equipment specifications.
- Performs analysis of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, recommends and implements improvements, and provides test and commissioning support.
- Gathers and analyzes data, blueprints, and reports and plays a key role in analyzing project costs and preparing budgets for accurate project cost estimates.
- Designs and oversees the implementation of facility expansion, layout, system capacity management and forecasting, and quality controls to ensure smooth operation and implementation of initiatives.
- Evaluates operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies, develops processing plans, and optimizes resource allocation.
- Plans and coordinates infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities and coordinates and oversees contractors performing maintenance activities.
- Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards and prepares reports and compliance documentation.
- Participate in audits and inspections to uphold high-quality standards in facility management.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or related field with 10+ years of Facilities system design or operations experience. OR
- Master's Degree in Science, Engineering or related field with 7+ years of Facilities system design or operations experience.
Experience to be considered:
- In-depth knowledge of Mechanical Exhaust systems, and mechanical system optimization.
- Demonstrated experience with preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Familiarity with building codes, environmental standards, and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proficiency in mechanical design software, system diagnostics tools, and related technologies.
- Experience supporting facility systems design.
- Have demonstrated success working at and influencing across organization boundaries.
- Have demonstrated technical leadership in a facilities engineering discipline.
- Possesses Professional Engineering (PE) License.
- Experience in systems startup, commissioning and qualification.
- Experience in performing technology development.
- Experience in creating and maintaining system reference design documentation.
- Experience in developing and implementing processes and standards for use across multiple entities to drive efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Commitment to driving innovation and sustainability in facility operations.
