Essential Functions:
• Drives compliance with daily safety requirements and builds/sustains a culture of safety among subordinates and peers
• Keeps track of key performance indicators across functions including administrative support, inventory, and quality assurance
• Supports FFC services and complies with policies and procedures
• Assists FFC with physical inventory interacting with various IT, corporate, and warehouse management systems to investigate and fix complex and technical issues
• Participates closely in inventory system testing activities and integration which requires in-depth knowledge of the various systems
• Creates reports that provide the FFC with visibility to inventory issues
• Research issues related to daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly inventory reports for FFC
• Develops monthly reports showing inspection and audit performance and improvement opportunities.
• Audits for customer fulfillment orders and store replenishment orders
• Evaluates and recommends alternative auditing procedures for continuous improvement
• Interprets and supports quality policies and implements guidelines to ensure compliance with quality standards and documents
• Adheres to quality processes identifying issues and gaps in current processes or documents
• Performs delivery management overseeing load planning and allocation
• Reports quality metrics to leadership
• Develops new methods to resolve identified issues
• Troubleshoots and manages emergency situations assessing best solution and utilizing most effective and efficient resources
• Analyzes and makes recommendations regarding schedule adherence and other operational needs or problems reporting discrepancies and/or unsafe conditions recommending and implementing corrective actions
• Leads efforts driving administrative, inventory, and quality core tasks and supports training, education and upskilling as needed
• Communicates effectively with associates regarding business objectives or current issues
• Monitors individual and team productivity and drive continuous productivity improvement through process enhancements and one on one coaching
• Approves off standard hours for associates ensuring accurate accounting of performance for team
• Sets goals and communicates clear expectations for associates providing timely and constructive feedback
• Provides associates with meaningful developmental opportunities and prepares them for upward promotion as applicable
• Works with associates to build a work environment of engagement and inclusion
• Participates in the process of hiring talented individuals for the team, submitting, requisitions, interviewing, and partnering with HR in the hiring process
• Trains new hires and existing employees on processes and procedures as applicable
• Discusses and resolves conflicts between associates
• Sponsors and leads associates through change
• Responds to incidents or injuries and ensures first aid response takes place as needed
• Collaborates with the other FFC teams to ensure consistent processes and expectations
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree - Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field OR 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven record of complying with safety requirements
• Experience building a culture of safety among subordinates and peers
Preferences:
• Leadership experience with direct report responsibility
• Experience mentoring and coaching others
• Experience monitoring the work of others to ensure quality
• Experience managing resources, time, and budgets
• Experience working with and communicating to leadership all levels of the organization
• Previous leadership roles in other Lowe's supply chain facilities, or leadership roles in Corporate-led initiatives
• Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office and/or a Warehouse Management System
• Bi-lingual skills, if applicable to the facility
Pay Range: $70,800.00 - $118,300.00 annually
