As a Fee Analyst within Global Fee Management (GFM), you'll play a highly visible role supporting Change & Continuous Improvement initiatives across multiple operational teams. You'll partner with business leaders, risk teams, auditors, and operational stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve processes, and help shape the future of GFM operations.

What You'll Do
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across Global Fee Management.
Identify process inefficiencies, assess root causes, and recommend innovative solutions.
Partner with business teams to evaluate control effectiveness, document procedures, and support remediation efforts.
Perform testing, sampling, and analysis to validate adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
Support audit activities, respond to inquiries, and help drive timely closure of findings.
Monitor emerging risks and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the overall control environment.
Research and resolve complex fee-related, compliance, and operational issues.
Facilitate meetings with business partners, auditors, and leadership teams while effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
Build relationships across operations, risk, technology, analytics, and business teams to drive positive outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of financial industry related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Trust and securities operations experience, including knowledge of applicable regulations.
Understanding of risk management, controls, audit, compliance, and governance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience with process improvement, remediation, testing, or control activities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders.
Self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and drives issues to resolution.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying trends, and making recommendations.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
Experience with systems such as SEI, SWP, Advantage Fee, Entrata, or similar platforms.
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
