Qualifications

• Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance required; CI Polygraph eligibility preferred.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, including 3-5 years in telecommunications infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Experience with engineering designs, GIS maps, and construction documentation is preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with DOW, USACE, or DISA standards is advantageous.
• Knowledge of federal and ICD standards in classified settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, monitor execution, and report on status to stakeholders while adhering to security requirements.
• Identify, track, and communicate technical and logistical issues, leading remediation efforts to maintain project momentum.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, project leads, and subcontractors, facilitating knowledge transfer and updates.
• Manage site-survey deliverables to accurately document existing infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead the transition from survey/design to implementation phases, ensuring findings are integrated into project plans.
• Enforce compliance with local, federal, and military standards while maintaining proper documentation and progress reports.
• Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with milestones, budgets, and security protocols.
