Lockheed Martin is seeking a results driven Senior Program Manager who will serve as a part of the FBM Program Integration Directorate's Operational Resilience & Integration Pillar.

This position will supervise the Advanced Inventory Planning & Integration Team; the FBM Support Equipment, Facility (SEFAC), & SPALT Integration Team; & the FBM Operational Integration Team. This position will be responsible for identification, oversight, & planning of shared & common scope activities between the multiple FBM sub-programs (D5LE, D5LE2, CMC, UKTSC, Mk7, etc.).

This position will serve as a primary cross program integration point which will include working across the FBM Program to address technical/requirement differences (qual environments, material changes, etc.), safeguard transfer/replenish needs where programs share or utilize common hardware, commodities, support equipment, & facilities, which extends to resolving shared & common scope for reentry components.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
• Program Baseline Management - Partner with internal & external stakeholders to define, track, & oversee the FBM Program's multiple baselines, ensuring the proper holistic planning activities take place to propose scope year over year in a manner that leads to successful execution.
• Process Management & Improvement - Develop, document, maintain, & improve all FBM programmatic existing & new processes across the FBM Program to accelerate scope execution, maintain technical rigor, and reduce costs for both Lockheed Martin and our Navy Partner.
• Support the development of strategic roadmaps (technical, personnel, & management), & proposal efforts to cultivate new business opportunities
• Shape the program future by attracting, developing/mentoring, and retaining a diverse workforce while cultivating an all-encompassing work environment
• Lead the FBM Program in a wide range of program preparation, planning, proposal, and scope execution activities ranging from $25M to $500M in size ensuring cost, technical, and schedule milestones are met
• Develop & maintain relationships at all levels of our Navy Partner's command to ensure timely & responsive communication, overall satisfaction, & proper interpretation of mission requirements.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in an engineering or technical related discipline accompanied by 10 or more years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with direct and collaborative interaction with the U.S. DoD customers, including knowledge and experience with customer technical processes, business practices, operational processes and organizations
• Demonstrated experience in leading a diverse team through complex integration activities, to include influencing effective outcomes through cross-team collaboration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project or program management including planning, preparation & proposal activities; scope execution activities; risk, opportunity, & issue management; & resource utilization.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance & thus a US Citizen.

Desired skills
• Direct experience working on the FBM Program or an equivalent operational strategic weapon system.
• Experience in developing & documenting trade studies, performing the associated analysis, & making risk-based decisions on best value to an overall program/mission.
• Existing Top-Secret clearance.
• Experience coordinating with numerous functions to ensure responsive, accurate, timely, and compliant estimates/proposals/responses.
• Experience directing/leading a team with a proven understanding of managing customer domain, mission(s), & key personnel.
• Demonstrated proactive management style to identify and mitigate issues before they become drivers.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $181,400 - $314,525. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
