Key responsibilities and elements of this role will include:
• Accountability for performance of your assigned scope throughout the lifecycle of multiple deliverables across multiple contracts and FYs
• Supporting the overall FBM Program business rhythm for baseline management, monthly reporting, status and communication, and overall Earned Value Management (EVM) performance
• Working symbiotically with the various groups within the Operational Resilience Integration Pillar (ORIP)
• Managing and monitoring the entirety of the FBM Integation Directorate's ORIP budget
• Synthesize the programmatic data into program decision making processes
• Establishing internal business rhythms to review account status with
• Support annual proposal cycles and BOE generation

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Demonstrated experience with project management (planning, coordinating, and executing schedules, events, tasks, budgets, or projects)
• Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM) or relative experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management metrics and analysis or relative experience
• Knowledge of planning and maintaining processes and evaluating critical paths analyses and/or risks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus requiring US Citizenship

• Experience integrating with various functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authority
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
• Ability to build key relationships across organizations internally within LM and externally with customers & industry partners to achieve organizational and program goals
• Knowledge of program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phase
• Demonstrated experience with the risk management process
• General understanding and application of data visualization
• Experience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint and knowledge of agile methodologies
• Active TOP SECRET security clearance

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $98,300 - $170,315. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
