Full Job Description
What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes culture.

You naturally notice what's next before it becomes mainstream. You find inspiration everywhere, from underground music scenes and emerging designers to architecture, vintage markets, restaurants, galleries, travel, and everyday street style. You have an instinctive eye for proportion, color, fabrication, and the subtle details that elevate great design.

You're equal parts visionary and executor. You can generate big creative ideas, then organize, refine, and execute them with speed and precision. You obsess over the details because you understand that's where exceptional product is made.

Most importantly, you're driven to create products that people genuinely want to wear, not because they're trendy, but because they feel timeless, authentic, and undeniably cool.

Overview

We're searching for an exceptionally creative Fashion Designer with an elevated point of view and an instinct for what feels culturally relevant before everyone else.

This is not a traditional apparel design role. We're looking for someone immersed in the worlds of fashion, music, art, film, architecture, design, food, travel, and street culture. Someone who constantly discovers what's next, understands why it matters, and translates those influences into compelling, commercially successful product.

The ideal candidate possesses impeccable taste, a strong point of view, and an edgy, modern design aesthetic. They think quickly, solve problems creatively, stay highly organized, and execute with precision. From the first sketch through production approval, this person owns every detail and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design innovative collections across apparel, bags, headwear, socks, and future product categories.
  • Translate cultural movements, emerging trends, and creative inspiration into fresh, commercially relevant product.
  • Stay deeply connected to global influences in fashion, music, art, architecture, film, hospitality, and contemporary culture.
  • Build compelling seasonal concepts, color stories, fabric direction, graphics, trims, and finishes.
  • Develop products from concept through production while maintaining the highest design standards.
  • Create detailed tech packs and manage product development with the knowledge of PLM.
  • Partner closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Production to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
  • Lead fabric innovation, wash development, garment dye techniques, and trim development.
  • Maintain an extensive design archive of fabrics, trims, washes, materials, and inspiration.
  • Present concepts confidently with clear creative storytelling and rationale.
  • Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality or creativity.
  • Champion elevated design, exceptional fit, premium construction, and thoughtful details throughout every collection.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a fashion designer within premium, contemporary, or elevated lifestyle brands.
  • Exceptional design taste with a modern, fashion-forward, and culturally relevant aesthetic.
  • Deep curiosity and passion for fashion, music, contemporary art, architecture, interiors, food, travel, and emerging cultural movements.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating original creative thinking and full product development from concept to production.
  • Advanced understanding of garment construction, fit, patternmaking, fabrics, trims, washes, and manufacturing.
  • Experience developing garment-dyed products and specialty wash techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of premium materials and fabrication.
