Raven Song Community Health Centre, located in the vibrant Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, is looking to grow their team. They conduct appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is people who are living with complex clinical and psychosocial needs and are often vulnerable and under-served and require a higher intensity of services to achieve and maintain functional stability.
