  • Manage account onboarding, maintenance, and documentation for complex family office structures (trusts, partnerships, entities)
  • Monitor the status, progress, and quality of all client-related activities to ensure consistent execution, operational excellence, client satisfaction, record keeping and data integrity
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to firm policies, procedures, and compliance standards, as well as any applicable legal and regulatory guidelines
  • Partner across clients, financial advisors, investment bankers, wealth management, trusted partners, (trust & estate, tax, alternatives), and other internal teams; and liaise with custodians and third-party managers to ensure smooth operational flow and administrative activities required to support client relationships
  • Coordinate execution of investment initiatives, reporting deliverables, and liquidity events
  • Prepare and distribute customized client reports, including performance summaries and consolidated statements
  • Assist in organizing materials for client meetings, reviews, and presentations
  • Ensure all client activity adheres to regulatory and firm compliance standards
  • Support KYC/AML processes and periodic account reviews
  • Escalate issues appropriately and maintain strong internal controls
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred:
  • Experience supporting UHNW or family office clients
  • Knowledge of complex entity structures (trusts, estates, partnerships)
