About the RoleAs an Assistant Clinic Director, you'll combine
hands-on patient care with day-to-day clinic leadership.
You will:
- Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients understand their treatment options and wellness goals
- Support hormone replacement and targeted wellness services
- Support wellness programs including sleep apnea management, weight management, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services at select locations
- Partner with the Clinic Director and Physician Medical Director
- Collaborate with operations and management teams
- Provide light supervisory support to clinic staff
- Help create a positive, productive, patient-focused environment
- Provide occasional coverage at our Greenwood Village clinic when needed for Clinic Director coverage

Minimum Qualifications- Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Colorado
- Current DEA registration
- At least 1 year of clinical practice experience
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability to work during clinic hours
- Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month
- Ability to provide occasional coverage at the Greenwood Village clinic as needed
Clinic Hours- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
2 Saturdays per month required.Average schedule: 40-41 hours per week.
Paid TrainingWe provide two consecutive weeks of paid training - 10 business days, Monday through Friday.
You'll receive the training, tools, and support needed to become confident in both the clinical and leadership aspects of the role.
