4-Day Float Mid-Level ProviderSynergenX | Low T

Full-Time | Indiana | 32 Clinical Hours/Week

What You'll Do
  • Provide patient-centered care focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and lifestyle goals
  • Build genuine relationships and establish trust with patients
  • Explain medical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic team
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established clinical protocols
  • Help create a positive, welcoming, high-energy patient experience

Your 4-Day Schedule

32 clinical hours per week

You'll work a consistent 4-day schedule:
  • Tuesday
  • Thursday
  • Friday
  • Saturday
Clinic Hours
  • Monday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM

2 weeks of paid training (10 consecutive business days) are provided 2to help you learn our clinical protocols, systems, and workflows.
