Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physicians Assistant Danville, IL
Salary - $110,00- $130,000SUMMARYProvide general medical care and treatment to patients under the direction of a Physician, following established policies, protocols, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide routine primary care, treatment, family planning, and prenatal services as requested.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient needs.
- Prescribe medications as guided by policies and procedures.
- Refer patients to Physicians or specialized resources as appropriate.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and complete required training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current APRN licensure in Illinois with FNP certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance; ability to travel to all Aunt Martha's locations.
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend emergencies.
- Bilingual preferred.
