This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated, patient-focused physician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based outpatient care.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including physical therapy, medication, and surgical intervention when necessary
- Participate in community outreach and educational programs
Qualifications:- Board certification as an Nurse Practitioner
- Active Texas medical license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- 2-3 years of experience, required
