Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care
ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing outpatient primary care team in Gaffney, South Carolina. Family Medicine Physician Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans
• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants under collaborative agreements
• Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
Requirements
Family Medicine Physician Qualifications
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency or Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Active South Carolina medical license or eligibility
• Current BLS or CPR certification
Preferred Experience
• Experience in community health or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• Experience working in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) settings
• Experience using eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Interest in underserved patient populations and community health
