DescriptionReGenesis Health Care Pharmacy is adding an opportunity for a Floating Pharmacist to work at one of our 4 current pharmacy locations (Gaffney, South Church St. and Langdon in Spartanburg, and Duncan). This position will allow a pharmacist the flexibility of schedule (32-40 hours per week) while learning and working alongside pharmacists and technicians as we care for both ReGenesis Health Care patients and retail customers. This opportunity allows a pharmacist to use their counseling and clinical skills to create the best possible patient outcomes as they work with the ReGenesis team of Providers and Support Staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:• You will provide quality pharmaceutical care for all patients in accordance with the policy and procedures of ReGenesis Health Care Pharmacy.
• You will work alongside a collaborative team to develop a plan of action for every patient to provide the most appropriate compliance driven prescription outcomes.
• You will use all available resources of software and hardware to efficiently and accurately process prescriptions using state of the art technology.
• You will work alongside a staff that will be responsible for inventory ordering, stocking, prescription returns, phone etiquette, and prescription processing.
• You will use your personal skills to convey information directly to patients in a clear and concise manner to increase compliance and understanding of their overall healthcare.
• You will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the pharmacy including sales, volume, reporting, compliance, retention rate, and overall patient satisfaction.

RequirementsBS or PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited university.
