Position Details:- RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
- Centralized pharmacist refill support
- Provider EPIC trainer
- EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)

Qualifications:- Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine
- Completion of a US residency program
- Washington physician license
- Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:- Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $262k - $415k
- Up to 6.5 weeks of PTO
- 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
- Relocation support available
