Schedule: Full-Time | 1.0 FTE (36 patient contact hours)Compensation: $260,000 guaranteed base salary for the first year plus opportunities for additional earnings through production/wRVU incentives. Full benefits including a 403B with a 6% match, loan forgiveness assistance, commencement bonus, residency stipend (if applicable), and relocation allowance.
CME: $4,250 annual allowance plus 5 dedicated CME days
Malpractice: Fully covered with tail insurance

What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Family Medicine Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- The Team & Structure: Join an established clinical team of 8 physicians and 6 APP's dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to families across the community.
- Call Schedule: Minimal shared call rotation, heavily supported by a nurse triage service to ensure professional balance.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic environment
- Champion Community Health: Deliver holistic, relationship-centered preventative care and chronic disease management to elevate the long-term health outcomes of our local families.
- Advance Care Accessibility: Expand vital primary care access across the Evansville region, ensuring underserved populations receive vulnerable, dignified health resources.
- Time Away: Recharge effectively with eight paid holidays and four weeks of annual PTO.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
