What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Primary Care physician to join a team within a busy, well-respected rural practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network that is conveniently located on the campus of Ascension
Calumet Hospital.
- Join an established team of 1 physician and 5 APPs
- Call structure: 1:7
- Practice in a high-volume rural primary care clinic with a supportive, team-oriented environment within a busy and collaborative setting
- On campus with Calumet Hospital which was recognized as a 2024 Top 100 Critical Access Hospital by The Chartis Center for Rural Health for outstanding performance among the nation's rural hospitals.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible]
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Provide comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and appropriate documentation in compliance with payer requirements
- Collaborate on quality and cost improvement initiatives, with opportunities to participate in academic programs and inpatient/outpatient consultations, including call coverage

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- One or more of the following required:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
