What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established, well-respected and experienced team of 8 physicians and 3 APP's in a medical group practice setting
- Practice setting: Outpatient
- Call schedule: 1:6, soon to be 1:7
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine (kids-adults)
- High quality service in one convenient location, including primary care and specialists
- MA support
- Lab testing and imaging services on site
- Excellent office support staff
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
